A bouquet bar is a unique, hands-on experience where small to medium groups gather to create their own beautiful flower arrangements to take home. It’s perfect for parties, team-building events, or simply switching things up with friends.
What’s Included in a Bouquet Bar?
• Buckets of Fresh, Locally Grown Flowers: A mix of focal blooms, supporting flowers, and greenery (varieties and colors are season-dependent).
• Choice of Wrapping Materials: Mason jars or kraft paper.
• Decorative Supplies: Twine and ribbon options.
• Tools & Supplies: Floral snips, flower food, and care instructions for each guest.
• Delivery: Flowers and equipment delivered to your event location.
Group Pricing
Includes a $10 refundable bucket deposit:
• 10 guests: 150–200 stems | $280
• 15 guests: 250–300 stems | $410
• 20 guests: 350–400 stems | $535
Booking Information
• Notice Required: A two-week advance booking is preferred, with a one-week minimum required.
• Delivery Areas: Included in pricing for Newport, Toledo, Siletz, Philomath. Additional fees apply for locations outside this area (fee will be confirmed during booking).
• Bucket Deposit: $10 deposit per bucket, refunded upon return of clean buckets after the event.
How It Works
1. Before Your Event: Flowers should be stored in a cool, dark place until setup.
2. Booking Details: Provide the event address and delivery time in the notes section at checkout. After booking, we’ll confirm your details and discuss any questions or additional delivery fees if applicable.
3. Event Day: Enjoy a hands-on experience where your guests can design their own floral creations!
